Celebrating International Women’s Day 2025: Syntactics Pink Accelerates Action for Gender Equality in Tech. 

In alignment with the global theme “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment”, Syntactics Pink, a women-led initiative at Syntactics Inc., hosted a transformative International Women’s Day (IWD) event on March 29, 2025. This gathering united aspiring and established women in tech to bridge gender gaps and foster inclusive innovation.

The event emphasized advancing gender equality by showcasing the expertise of trailblazing women in technology. Attendees gained insights into fields ranging from robotics to digital marketing, along with strategies to overcome systemic barriers in tech careers.

Dynamic Speakers and Key Insights

Three distinguished speakers led sessions designed to inspire and educate:

Cipolletti Jipos is a Robogals Cagayan de Oro volunteer passionate about programming, electronics, and circuits. She highlighted “Accelerating Robotics Innovation”, underscoring women’s critical role in shaping tech’s future.

Jesse Jean Galarpe, a resource speaker and our Sales Account Executive for Digital Marketing, shared her expertise on how we can engage Gen Z audiences through social media, emphasizing authenticity and inclusivity. 

Marie Victoria Rose Cagigas is an HR Officer at Syntactics Inc. with a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management. She successfully demonstrated ways to empower women in tech careers. Her expertise has provided meaningful insights on breaking barriers in the technology industry, paving the way for a more inclusive community. 

The event aligned with the global IWD 2025 priorities, echoing the UN’s focus on women empowerment while reinforcing Syntactics Pink’s mission to create learning opportunities in tech.
